...I know I get paid to take calls, but why must the people be so stupid? I don't get it. This lady called because her cable didn't work...come to find out her power was out...really lady?

aboooo! dumb customers suck!
I completely understand!! I had a customer call me yesterday and say in all seriousness "I have the recall information right here in front of me, can you read it to me and tell me if my drug is apart of the recall"....so stupid
